Wrought Nakiri

182x71mm nakiri in Blue 2 core with nickel and Wrought iron cladding

Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels with some forge finish and etched to highlight the steel pattern. Please note there are two small wrought inclusions (pictured) these are purely cosmetic and price reflects that. 

The handle is Arizona Ironwood with heirloom brass bolster.
