254x58mm gyuto in 52100 core with nickel and vintage iron cladding

Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels with some forge finish and etched to highlight the steel pattern. 

The handle is the best piece of red Amboyna burl I have ever seen with heirloom brass bolster.
