200x48mm gyuto in Takefu supergold 2 with 65 layer stainless cladding. Nice and thin behind the edge with plenty of distal taper. 

The handle is stabilised Amboyna burl with an heirloom fit brass bolster that has been lightly aged for a darker contrast.
