221mm honyaki Gyuto in 26c3 Spicy White. This blade has been differentially heat treated to create a vibrant hamon.
The spine and choil are mirror polished and the edge sharpened to 4k. Bevels polished to bring out the Hamon.
The handle is stabilised Paella Burl with a Juma bolster and brass and g10 spacers.
