Shiro2 Double Fuller Gyuto

209x53mm double fuller gyuto in Takefu Shiro2 Core Stainless Multi-layer Cladding

Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels with some forge finish around the bolster and very top of spine. The blade has been etched to highlight the steel pattern and cladding layers have a gradient of very dark grey next to the core to light grey on the outermost layer. 

Please note this is a double fuller grind and there is video on my Instagram however my photos do not do this one justice. 

The handle is rainbow Cocobolo with heirloom brass bolster.
