Double Fuller Nakiri

185x68mm Double Fuller Nakiri in differentially hardened 26c3 steel. 

Double fuller grind with thin edge and central spine  hamon for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels and lightly etched to highlight the banding in the steel. This one would be a great polishing project for anyone inclined as plenty of ashi hiding in the darker etch. 

The handle is Rosewood heirloom fit brass bolster.
