DCI25: Vanax Damacore Gyuto

244x55mm gyuto in Damasteel Damacore N11X Thor pattern with Vanax core. 

Ground with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels. Etched and polished to highlight the steel pattern. 

The handle is Amboyna Burl with heirloom fit Zirconium bolsters and zirconium and Timascus spacer. 

Black leather sheath.
