245x57mm gyuto in Brook Turner Blue 2 core with nickel and vintage iron cladding

Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels and acid etched to highlight the steel pattern and banding in the core. 

The handle is stabilised Amboyna burl with heirloom brass bolster.
