Apex-Ultra Double Fuller

240x56mm double fuller gyuto in apex ultra core with nickel and 80crv2 cladding

Double fuller grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels and etched to highlight the steel pattern. There is a slightly lighter etch and a few small forge sections around the ricasso.

The handle is dark rainbow Rosewood with darkened heirloom fit brass bolsters and nickel spacer.
