A2 Double Fuller Western

240x56mm Double Fuller gyuto in A2 steel. 

This is a newer version of the double fuller grind aimed at increasing mass. This one weighs in at 222g and maintains the original grind performance of a thin tip plus food release/ease of cutting over the fullers. 

Double fuller grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels.

The handle is stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with darkened heirloom fit brass bolster.
