245mm Double Fuller

245x58mm Double Fuller gyuto in A2 steel. 

Double fuller grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels.

The handle is dark and stormy Mun Ebony with heirloom fit brass bolster. 

This knife comes packaged in a Newham Knives knife box for storage and transportation.
