215mm 26c3 with Fuller

All Thrills and No Frills 26c3 Gyuto.

Convex ground with whisper thin edge and tip and fuller for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with machine polished bevels. Sharpened to 4k on stones. 

The handle is stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood and Buffalo horn with brass spacer. 

This knife includes a zip up padded case.
