Wrought Iron Gyuto

230x55mm gyuto in Blue 2 core with nickel and Wrought iron cladding

Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels with some forge finish above. Etched to highlight the steel pattern. 

The handle is Arizona Ironwood with heirloom fit brass bolster.
