240mm Shiro2 Gyuto

All Thrills and No Frills Shiro2 stainless clad Gyuto. 

Convex ground with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with machine polished bevels. Sharpened to 4k on stones. 

The handle is dyed stabilised blue maple burl.
