Apex Ultra Double Fuller

225x55mm gyuto in Apex Ultra/copper/80crv2 cladding. 

Double fuller grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels and acid etched to highlight the steel layup. 

The handle is highly figured Cocobolo with heirloom copper bolster.
