Mokume Clad Gyuto
199mm gyuto made from Takefu Yu-shoku Vtoku2 core carbon steel.
This blade has a thin and darkly etched core with a layers of brass, copper and stainless steel cladding. The spine and choil are mirror polished and etched to highlight the core steel.
The handle is a stunning piece of stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with heirloom fit brass bolster.
