Yoshoku Bread Knife
283mm bread knife made from Takefu Yoshoku san mai with a v-gin 1 semi stainless core.
This blade has a serrated and darkly etched core with alternating layers of copper, brass and stainless steel with a hammer textured finish on the bevels. The spine and choil are mirror polished and etched to highlight the core steel and the serrated teeth sharpened to 800g.
The handle is a stunning piece of ringed gidgee with a heirloom fit brass bolster. A felt lined zip up case comes with the knife for storage and transportation
